1. Enrollment and Eligibility:
Prospective students must meet the eligibility criteria established by VMCTA to enroll in the diploma program.
Enrollment is subject to availability and the submission of required documentation and fees.
2. Duration and Structure:
The VMCTA diploma program spans one year and comprises various modules designed to provide comprehensive training in traditional arts.
Students are required to complete all modules within the specified time frame to qualify for certification.
3. Fees and Payments:
Tuition fees are to be paid in full or according to an agreed-upon payment plan outlined at the time of enrollment.
Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of access to course materials and participation in classes.
4. Attendance and Participation:
Regular attendance is mandatory for all scheduled classes, workshops, and practical sessions as per the program schedule.
Active participation in class discussions, studio sessions, and cultural events is essential for successful completion of the diploma program.
5. Academic Integrity:
VMCTA upholds strict standards of academic integrity and prohibits plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic misconduct.
Students found engaging in academic dishonesty will face disciplinary action, which may include expulsion from the program.
6. Intellectual Property:
All course materials, including lectures, demonstrations, and instructional resources, are the intellectual property of VMCTA.
Students are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without prior authorization from VMCTA.
7. Assessment and Grading:
Assessment criteria and grading policies will be clearly communicated to students at the commencement of each module.
Evaluation methods may include assignments, practical assessments, examinations, and portfolio reviews conducted by faculty members.
8. Support and Feedback:
VMCTA is committed to providing academic support, mentorship, and constructive feedback to students throughout their educational journey.
Students are encouraged to seek guidance and assistance from faculty members and support staff as needed.
9. Withdrawal and Refunds:
Requests for withdrawal from the program must be submitted in writing to the VMCTA administration.
Refund policies will be applied in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the enrollment agreement.
10. Changes to Program or Policies:
VMCTA reserves the right to modify program curriculum, policies, or fees with prior notification to enrolled students.
Students will be informed of any changes and provided with necessary assistance to adapt to the revised requirements.
11. Grievances and Disputes:
Students are encouraged to address any grievances or disputes through the designated channels outlined by VMCTA.
VMCTA is committed to resolving issues in a fair and timely manner, ensuring a positive learning environment for all students.
12. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
Students are expected to comply with all relevant laws and regulations governing education and cultural practices in Pakistan.
Any violation of local laws or unethical behavior may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination from the program.
